Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start, email hello@snugshape.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.

Size exchanges

Need a different size? We cover the return shipping cost for size exchanges. Contact us first for return instructions and the return address.

Other returns

For other change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We communicate the return address when you request a return. Please do not send your parcel to our business correspondence address without instructions.

Refunds

We will confirm the status of your return and any refund by email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Incorrect or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. The change-of-mind return postage rule does not limit your statutory rights.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to any mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply in your country.
