Products and orders
Before placing an order, check your chosen size, colour, delivery address and order total. Product colours may appear differently on different screens. Our size guide helps you choose; fit can vary by person.
Prices and payment
Review the currency, price and all charges presented at checkout before submitting payment. If any delivery charge or international import cost is unclear, contact us before ordering.
Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 2–5 business days for the United States and United Kingdom, and 4–7 business days for Europe outside the United Kingdom. Contact us for other destinations. See our Shipping page.
Returns and size exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover return postage for size exchanges. For other change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. Email us for instructions and the return address. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Changes, cancellations and order issues
Email us promptly with your order number if you need to amend or cancel an order. Once dispatched, an order may need to follow the returns process. If an item is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Product use
Follow the garment care label. Our bras are support garments, not medical devices or treatments.

Your rights
Nothing in these conditions excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, including cancellation rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed goods. Where mandatory local law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
