Preparation and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• United States and United Kingdom: 2–5 business days.
• Europe, excluding the United Kingdom: 4–7 business days.
• Other destinations: contact us for an estimate before ordering.

These transit estimates are in addition to preparation time. This means approximately 3–7 business days in total for the United States and United Kingdom, and 5–9 business days for the rest of Europe. Carrier or customs delays can affect delivery.

For an address correction, a delayed parcel or a delivery issue, email hello@snugshape.com with your order number. Contact us promptly if you need to change your address; changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
